Mario R. Nicholas
mnicholas@vallemakoff.com Mario R. Nicholas’ practice concentrates on complex business litigation and intellectual property law. He has experience in commercial litigation, business torts, contract analysis, trademarks and fiduciary liability. Prior to joining Valle Makoff LLP, Mr. Nicholas worked for Oracle Corporation in its Corporate, Securities and Acquisitions Legal Department, and completed a judicial externship with the Hon. William Q. Hayes, United States District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Nicholas earned his J.D. in 2010 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. While in law school, he was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Nicholas worked as a market analyst for Jacobs Consultancy in London, England. Mr. Nicholas received his undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in history from Boston College in 2006. He was a four-year member of the Boston College soccer team. |
